This is the hot air balloon festival .The beautiful Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival. 40-50 hot air balloons float over the Temecula Valley wine country in Southern California.

The tethered flights will be offered for FREE on Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting they said.
